Formed out of friendship in June 2004, RoShambo got together and took the sleepy town of Lymington by storm. Playing many well known covers from bands such as The Small Faces, Ocean Colour Scene and Paul Weller they gave the crowds something to smile about. Over the coming years the four lads played around the South Coast headlining at many of the souths top venues including The Consortium, The Gander and The Brook on a number of occasions. They started writing their own songs and slowly integrated them into their set list with future classics such as Dirty Rimshot, Limited Living, and Flowers in your Eyes soon gaining support and recognition from their varied fans. Their greatest moment as RoShambo came when they were entered into Covent Gardens "Battle of the Bands" which took place in September 2005. They had to beat off stiff competition from over 40 other aspiring bands who were all after the £1000 grand prize! They eventually won with the judges commenting that it was their diverse range of music that had made it such a unanimous decision and that they had known from the first heat that RoShambo were going to take the prize! Since Christmas 2005 RoShambo have gone from strength to strength writing new music and soon released their EP entitled British Society. Their following continues to grow and we are always on the look out for bigger and better places to play!!!!
